'Dance laboratory' is the social art project being launched in Kaunas for people with disabilities from “Workshops of Light” community. Seeking artistic quality, we asked a large group of partners, volunteers and professional artists to join our project. Since the core of our activity is human, even when trying to increase the quality, we are following the principle that our project adapts to the needs of people disabilities and not vice versa.

The project is focused on the health of care personnel. Health care sector is considered to be one of the most dangerous in terms of psychological violence - the medical staff are the ones who face psychological violence at work most often.
